We've been announced a winner in this year's Deloitte Technology Fast 50 awards. This is great accolade for eQTEL Group cementing our reputation as a market leader in the technology sector. We were selected on the basis that we have consistently been one of the fastest growing technology companies in Ireland over the past 5 year's.

We are delighted to announce that we have been added to the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 List for 2009. It is a huge honour to be listed among the fasted-growing technology firms in Ireland, particularly in such trying financial times. eQTEL Group are the only company of our kind in the mix and it is particularly encouraging that we are still expanding at an impressive rate in our eight year of business. We will be attending the awards ceremony in Clontarf Castle Hotel on Thursday the 15th October and we hope to be high in the rankings.
eQTEL Data Begin Works on CIT NEMBES Building
eQTEL Data have been awarded the Category 6A 10 Gigabit Data project for a Research & Innovation Centre for Network Embeded Systems (NEMBES) in CIT in Cork. This project is one of the largest 10G installation in Cork in recent years and it will serve as a flagship for eQTEL's commitment to quality installations.
The building comprises 1,705m2 over two floors, including accommodation for 90 researchers and 10 support staff, hardware development laboratories and teaching and learning facilities. eQTEL will be installing an ADC Krone UTP solution.
eQTEL Group Win Data & Security Contracts on 5 HSE Projects
eQTEL Data have been awarded the ICT and/or Security projects for the HSE Community Nursing Units in Ballincollig, Farranlea, Fairview, Loughrea and Ballinalsoe.
The installations are underway and the contracts encompass all Cat 6 UTP cabling, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems at each location.
eQTEL Data complete works at the Tyndall Institute
eQTEL Data have completed and
handed over the Brand-Rex 10G data network at the Tyndall National Institute in Cork.
The Tyndall Institute is the focal point of ICT research and development in Ireland and is recognised internationally as a centre of excellence. Hence it was a great honour to be chosen ahead of all of our peers to provide the ICT network for the institute.
eQTEL Data begin works at Euromedic International's new City Centre Facility
eQTEL Group are delighted to announce that we have begun works at the new Euromedic facility in the landmark Elysian Tower on Eglington Street. Euromedic International is fast becoming the largest, successful pan-European medical service provider specialising in diagnostics investigations, renal care services and teleradiology services.
We will be installing a Brand-Rex Cat 6 UTP network at this new facility.
eQTEL Group win ICT & Security Contract at KCI, Athlone
eQTEL Data & Security have been successful in securing the contract to supply and install the Category 7 FTP network at KCI's new facility in the IDA Technology Park, Athlone. We will also be installing the Samsung Techwin CCTV solution, the Access Control systems and the Intruder Alarm at the facility.
This contract is underway and will be completed in late October '09.
eQTEL Group HQ to new premises in Blarney
eQTEL have moved to new offices in Sunberry, Blarney to faciltate our recent growth. We will also be incorporating a customised lab/workshop for the technical team and for demonstration purposes. This has been a very positive move for us and we are looking forward to getting involved with the local business community.
